This is a nice little hotel located in Sanur and about 2 minute walk to bars, shops and 5 mins to the beach. I stayed here for 7 nights in November just before peak season. The first night we arrived they couldn't locate our booking so they placed us in the new suite room. It was gorgeous. We moved to another room the next night after we sorted the confusion and although this room was nice it was not nearly as nice as the suite room. If your budget allows Id highly recommend the suite room.Breakfast is included in the room rate but be warned it's nothing spectacular and after 7 days you're bound to be fed up. I found the nearby beach to be dirty but there's a lovely pool in the hotel so a trip to the beach isn't necessary. If you do fancy a beach excursion Nusa Dua beach is lovely.
There is free transport from the hotel to anywhere within Sanur which is very handy. Also they can arrange car hire for the day if you want to go anywhere.
All in all we had a nice stay, the hotel was clean (except for the odd gecko), staff were lovely and there were no major problems.
